The main master bedroom is large and airy with views of the pool and direct access to the covered lanai and pool. It has a king sized bed with a ceiling fan above, a walk-in wardrobe, there is also a TV and cordless telephone in the room. The sumptuously appointed en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath, roomy walk-in shower, his and hers basin vanity units, and separate toilet.
The second master bedroom also has views of the pool and direct access to the pool area. It has a queen sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and TV. It also has its own luxury en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, single basin vanity unit and toilet.
The other two bedrooms are both twin rooms with ample wardrobe space. They share a bathroom which is situated between them, with shower over bath, single basin vanity unit and toilet.
All bathrooms are supplied with towels (not beach towels); the bedrooms include linen and also feature clock radios. Hair dryers are also provided for added convenience.
The villa also boasts a second lounge/den which is completely separate from the main living area, for those wanting some peace and quite or additional accommodation, as there is a double sofa bed. If the children wish to watch something different from the adults there is a TV and DVD player.
The superbly fitted open plan kitchen/dining area is equipped with all the appliances and utensils to cater for your every need. Cooker/hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker. The table and chairs sit in front of a window in the dinning area; from this area access is gained to the laundry room with large washer and dryer, together with ironing board and iron for the use of our guests.
The games room is equipped with 7’ pool table, 7’ air hockey and fussball table for your enjoyment. Bar stools are provided for you to relax and watch the action !!!!!

We have a covered lanai with ceiling fan to keep you cool whilst dining al fresco.
